Guest Guidelines

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (plus one child under 2 years old).

• Pets are allowed.

• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

• Events and commercial photography or filming are not allowed.

Arrival Communication

Please inform us at the time of booking about your arrival time and mode of transport to facilitate the check-in process. We recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle or a Fiat Panda to access the property. Sports cars or city cars are not suitable. The property is accessible via a 300-meter unpaved road with a steep descent and a curve. If you are not an experienced driver, this property may not be ideal for you. Alternatively, you can park on the main road and walk down.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the arrival date to receive a full refund.

Lights and Equipment

• Turn off all lights and close external windows when leaving the villa.

• Ensure that heating or air conditioning is switched off when you leave the property.

Order and Cleanliness

• Before leaving, ensure the villa is left in good order.

• Indoor and outdoor furniture should be returned to their original positions.

• Clean all dishes and dispose of waste in the external bins.

• Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees.

Wi-Fi

Unlimited Wi-Fi is included in the booking price.

Host Access

The host reserves the right to access the property, with prior notice, for routine or emergency maintenance, utility meter readings, or inspections on behalf of the property owners.

Damages or Issues

Guests must notify the host if any damage or issues occur during their stay. The property will be inspected at check-out to ensure it is left in good condition.

Safety and Environment

• The villa is surrounded by organic farms; the use of pesticides is strictly prohibited.

• Do not leave food or other items unattended to avoid attracting ants and insects.

• The property is equipped with carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers for your safety.

Property Access

Access to the villa requires driving through a 300-meter unpaved road with a steep incline (13.5%) and a curve. A 4x4 vehicle or Fiat Panda is recommended, as city cars or sports vehicles are unsuitable. Alternatively, guests may park on the main road and arrange for the host to assist with transportation on the day of arrival and departure.
